en mi visita al nuevo suéter conocí muchos lugares, pero como buen amante de los dulces uno de mis sitios favoritos era la famosa pastelería del valastro; “Carlo’s bakery Shop” un lugar tan encantador para su estructura como para tan deliciosos pasteles, galletas y otras exquisitas delicias que ofrecen. Podrás ir a la tienda con algunos de los famosos de la serie de pasteles y comprobar así la mejor vanla familiar. el lugar es muy fácil de localizar, si viajas en tren cuando te bajas en la terminal a pocas cuadras de distancia encontrarás la calle que en su honor lleva el mismo nombre (la panadería de Carlos.) entre mis dulces favoritos de esta increíble pastelería, sobresalir el cannoli, la...
Picked up a variety of cupcakes after a friend recommended the place. The cupcakes were not good. They were dry and a bit tough and somehow a little oily. The flavor was also pretty underwhelming. We ate them within three hours of picking them up, so it wasn't like they were stored too long or anything like that.The vibe inside the shop was also a little weird, no real seating, just a big queue. Overall this place feels like a tourist trap for people who are fans of the show, which is a shame because it feels like there was once a great local business here.
The Rainbow Cake Slice was truly disappointing. The cake was overly greasy and just plain bad! I expected a fresh dessert, not something that tastes like it came from a package. If I wanted that, I would have just picked one up from Walmart. The taste and texture were truly pathetic. However, the dark chocolate dessert was a significant improvement! Overall, the rainbow cake was a letdown, consisting mainly of sugary, artificially colored frosting.
So being a NYer.. Last Year I ordered from Milk Bar... HORRIBLE FKIN EXPERIENCE... So This Year We decided to try Carlos... I have watched him on TV forever And I wanted to give it a Try... We ordered A Chocolate Cake with The Rainbow Layers And it was SOOO GOOD... It was Moist And Chocolatey... Will Definitely order from here again
The cannolis were great but their Nutella pastries were divine! The portions are big, we couldn't finish everything we wanted to try but we definitely weren't disappointed. The staff was very attentive and willing to recommend options. No where to sit and eat, but it's more of a grab and go place. Overall, Cake Boss impressed us!
I came for the experience, for the name it made throughout the tv networks. And that’s all we got! There are no seats or tables. The staff was nice and explained me the different treats, the pastries looked nice but way overpriced. We got 5 pastries for $55. And at too much and we had to go elsewhere to eat them.
Probably the most famous place for cakes in NJ, attracting people from other states. First time there and the place is impressive, with many different cakes and desserts. Staff was not so friendly maybe they are tired after so many people going there. But the cakes were delicious although a bit pricy.
