We visited for a pizza, unfortunately I have IBS so can’t east anything with tomatoes. Unfortunately for me there was only a salad I could choose on the menu which was pretty plain and poor. The pizzas also came, my son had asked for pepperoni...on his but the pizza came with peppers on it, we said we had asked for pepperoni so he took it away and just threw a lid of ham on it. The pizzas were very plain, the service was pretty poor so wouldn’t recommend
You arrive in la Rochelle and see a street full of restaurants. Lequel choisir? Carlotta is a great answer to this question: orginal drinks; fine Italian food with tasty pizza's and pasta. The almost Italian flair of our waiter who did his utmost to serve...our group of people outside on the street terrace. I would recommend to reserve: a lot of people are requesting; I can imagine this sometimes goes wrong. Original clean toilets.. Well done!

Walked past this empty restaurant this evening, where everywhere else was full, we thought we would give it a try, as there was a nice salad on the menu that I fancied. We looked in to see three staff hanging about the bar (one on...his Mobile) so we sat on one of the empty tables outside. After a minute I walked in to ask if we could have a menu. His response “YOU WAIT FOR ME TO SIT DOWN” ......we left
after consulting the tripadvisor reviews and looking for a good pizzeria, we book it. Very good reception. A very friendly server. Good atmosphere. We're next to the kitchens. Pizzas are fantastic, the dough is light, very well garnished. pasta is excellent too. Shut your eyes. tiramisu is good, light cream. but not much better.
Perfect Italian restaurant in La Rochelle. Really nice place in a busy street with a lot of food options. Real Italian pizza, good vibes and good staff.
