I usually enjoy eating at fast food places, but at Carl's Jr., I got my order wrong twice. Most recently, I missed my lunch break because I had to go back to get the correct order. I was also given a bit of a lecture about what I had ordered. The drive-thru person had suggested a value meal, but later I was told it’s no longer on the menu. It made me hesitant to go during the busy 12 pm lunch hour. I’ll wait a while before deciding to visit Carl’s Jr. again. I also didn’t receive a proper apology.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly nice and work very hard. They made sure to communicate effectively and double-checked everything with me. Everyone was extremely polite, and the food was excellent. A special thanks to Virginia for her outstanding customer service. Thank you!
When I went in they were super busy and short staffed, but they still got my order done in a timely manner. The food was hot and well prepared, even the lettuce on my burger was fresh. I don't eat fast food that often but I would definitely eat here again.
Terrible service, I ordered a burrito and it took too long. I ordered it to eat and they gave it to me to take away and the person who served me was super rude and took my money when it was time to collect.

I had the bacon gawk thick burger, and it was really good. The fries were hot, and the service was quick, especially for lunchtime. I've stopped by this Carl's before, and I will definitely be back.
I understand that it's Halloween and you’re closing in 10 minutes, but it would be nice to put up signs or simply turn off your "Open" sign.
The food was tasty, and the drive-thru service was outstanding. The young man was very polite, kind, and friendly.
This Carl's stole money from me and gave me food poisoning and would not make it right. Screw this place!

All they do is talk in their language n laugh. Not even busy. 30 plus min wait and got the orders wrong.
