Was given wrong order. Didn?t trust them not to give me the same order by just tossing the bacon out; was given western cheeseburger with bacon when i ordered a beyond meat bbq cheeseburger. Refund was no problem but when i arrived back at carls, Ithought, ?I should of just gone home.? I wasted costly gas because i was given the wrong order.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They told they could not give me extra ranch aside from the 1 that they have given me, because they are limited on giving 1 ranch per customer. It?s not like I?m asking anything for free or it?s not it?s coming outof their paycheck. I even offered to pay for extra ranch and they said no.
I ordered the chicken combo on the 11th, but the waiter mistakenly served me a bacon beef burger instead. I requested a diet coke but received regular soda, which is problematic because I have diabetes. Additionally, the waiter said they only accepted cash and didn’t provide a receipt.
I had a great dining experience. If someone had told me that a fast food chain could come close to a five-star rating, I wouldn't have believed it. However, Carl's Jr. truly offers a delightful five-star fast food experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
Someone made a fantastic choice by hiring Joshua R. I don't believe I've ever encountered customer service quite like his. I truly hope management recognizes his value!
The food here is incredibly fresh, and the young woman working in the morning is absolutely charming and friendly.
