I had a great experience at this restaurant! I stopped by on my way home from work and quickly noticed the Carl's Jr. at the corner of Greenback and San Juan. Upon entering, the manager greeted me right away and took my order within a minute. The food arrived quickly and was still hot by the time I got home. I ordered a voucher special that included two fried chicken sandwiches and a side of zucchini fries. The fries were hot and crispy, exactly what I hoped for. I knew what to expect but added my own touches to the sandwiches to complete the meal. This is definitely the place to go for a quick order. There’s hardly any wait, and the staff is friendly!

Excellent. Juicy. Never would I ever imagine I?d be writing a review for a fast food joint but here I am because it was that good ??????????? Came here Friday night 9/23/22 to indulge in my western bacon cheeseburger addiction I allow myself maybeonce a month Upon driving up you could see a worker cleaning the lobby area, which is nice to see people who care about theirjob I ordered a double western and it was the juiciest version and best version of this burger I?ve ever had. By far exceedsall locations in the area, and although this one of further from me it?s probably the only one I trust So here I am. ThanksCarls Jr ????

This location is a typical Carl's Jr., situated in an area with minimal direct competition, as there are no other fast food restaurants nearby—just a few coffee shops, including a Starbucks. Even at 7 AM on a Sunday, I was greeted warmly at the drive-thru. The dining area is quite unremarkable, and I haven't dined inside in years. It's a convenient stop for food when traveling to or from Orangevale, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael. It's also worth mentioning that Bella Vista High School is just down the street, which can lead to increased traffic around the location before and after school hours.

First, I want to emphasize that the food is outstanding. I also want to express my gratitude to Joshua for his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to clarify my order, which was a bit complicated, and I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure that everything was prepared correctly. Great job, Joshua—thank you for your excellent service! His cheerful demeanor and professionalism were a refreshing change from what I usually experience at drive-thrus. 7.1.22 Fast service. Update 10.5.22 Carl's Jr is the ONLY fast food place that I will ever spend my money at. Because the prices are so high, I can only go with coupons. I really love how they will take multiple coupons at every visit. The food isalways delicious and they have HUGE burgers! I can feed my family of 6 using 3 coupons, all for $22 bucks!

The current management appears to be indifferent to both quality and customer service. They also seem to lack a proper understanding of the chain's app functionality. Unfortunately, a combination of unfriendly staff and food that tastes stale is definitely not appealing.

I had a good experience with the service and found the staff to be very polite. However, considering it's Carl's Jr, you might want to consider cooking your own meals, especially at this price range. That said, it could certainly be worse.
