I'm giving Carl's Jr. one star because I placed a straightforward order: a large burger with no onions or mustard, only secret sauce, pickles, the patty, and the bun. When I finally got my burger and found a place to eat it, I took a big bite and was surprised to discover it was loaded with onions and ketchup. Very disappointing.
I've never written a review for a fast food restaurant before, but my experience at CJs was the worst I've ever encountered. The service was extremely subpar, and the food was simply inedible. It was genuinely disappointing.
