The management at this restaurant is incredibly rude. I called three times about missing food, and not once did they offer an apology for the inconvenience; each time, they were disrespectful. I had to drive back across town for a replacement, only to be treated poorly again and made to wait an additional 20 minutes. I believe it was two older managers, one of whom seemed to be the store manager. The staff members have shown more respect and provided much better customer service.
Every time I place an order, I request no cheese due to my allergy, and yet they always include it. Today, I made an online order, and half of the items were incorrect and already cold by the time I arrived at the estimated pickup time. The fries were stale and old. The person at the window seemed miserable, which is understandable on tough days, but it's crucial to follow orders accurately, especially since someone could have a severe allergic reaction or worse.
This place its always empty and still always messing up orders you pay for a $14 dollar burger to find out they put on your order a $5 burger and customer services are rude we pay 30 to 40 dollars to eat cold food
Best FF restaurant on the planet, quality food. consistently good every time. UPDATE: Something has changed, most likely management. Their food is underwhelming at best now.. won't go back total Reserva una mesa ahora
I ordered a Famous Star meal, but when I got home, I discovered the hamburger was missing the meat. I'm really disappointed and will never return to this place. The service was terrible.
Worst burger i've ever had from a carl's jr . And First call junior i've ever been charged for RanchDefinelly won't waste my money here again.
Service was good. You have to get the key to use the restroom. The men's room looks like it's been torn up pretty bad.
