For the Second Time I received Cold Food and a wrong burger from Going to the Drive Thru at night no wonder they are always empty. Then when I Came in to return a Order they had got got Wrong without a bite missing they tell me they need a receipt they never gave me 8:49am they don't have any customer service here at ALL I hope that $13 dollars was worth it. I'll never return

Since there is a Carl's Jr. near our home, we frequently visit for breakfast at lunchtime or for a quick drive-thru meal. My go-to breakfast choice at Carl's Jr. is usually their burritos or grilled cheese sandwich, especially when topped with ham - they are my favorite items on the menu. I also have fond memories of their limited edition items that I used to really enjoy.

Last week, my cousin visiting from Canada and I stopped at a restaurant in Glendale. After being there for an hour, she realized she had left her iPhone and money behind. We called the restaurant and Carlos answered. My cousin asked if they had found her wallet, and Carlos confirmed that they had it. We were shocked and grateful for their honesty and integrity.

I drove all the way here during my lunch break with my friends, only to be told that they don't accept cash. Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break and leaving me hungry for the rest of my shift. I will not be returning to this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

Horrible, we ask for one special burger and we got a burger that we didn't order.Also we ask for no ice and he gave us all the drinks with ice. We ask for take it out and the guy get mad...Not a good service.

carl is sometimes a hit or a miss. this time it was a hit. I had the double West Bacon cheeseburger, fresh and tasty.

They give preference to drive thru customers. Enjoyed me meal but not the wait.
