By far, my worst experience with Ono Hawaiian... I ordered two take out plates today for lunch and they literally gave me half of the order. Their portions are half of what usual ono hawaiian serve, but of course, you're charged the same price for half of the amount. Literally, last time I purchase food from this specific location. By far, the most poor expert with this chain.
I ordered two chicken dinners and one beef combo. The meals were prepared and served piping hot. The beef was tender and had excellent flavor. It was delicious to the very last bite. I am a fan of this brand. The customer service is always friendly and the staff is good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Great job, MP.
The place needs a deep cleanings a paint job in the rest rooms,the metal doors leading to the kitchen need a deep cleaning,the tables are old and dirty the chairs are really loose I almost fell off of one!the food quality is not that great!!the floors look dirty
pretty decent experience and standard at all of the chain's restaurants. ordered the Kahlua pork, which cost 50 cents more. but disappointed that it didn't include cabbage. it would also be nice if they had chili pepper water. Sriracha is not quite the same. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Monterrey Park is a fair place for a quick bite.. their food lacks consistency, flavor sometimes the chicken taste dry... it's up to you yet its overpriced for the serving portions
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The portion sizes are generous, allowing for leftovers to be enjoyed the next day. The food is not greasy.
I give this food place 1 star because my food was raw, the fish and chicken were not properly cooked. I can't give 0, so I gave u a 1
