Went through the drive-thru to pick up food and ask for a side of Western sauce. This is what they gave me. I went back to the window to ask him about this and their excuse was they can only give one scoop because that's how much they put on the burger. Lady how small is your freaking scoop? No other Carl's Jr has done this to me. After I refused her offer for normal barbecue sauce because they're completely different the lady just shuts the window on me and ignores me. God awful customer service do not give them your time or money.
I can't believe they don't accept $100 bills! For a big company like Carl's Jr., this just doesn't make sense. It was quite amusing when they told us they didn’t have change and that we could take all the money they had. If I could return the food and get a refund, I definitely would. To the manager, please put up a sign stating that you don’t accept $100 bills after 5 PM, and maybe consider improving your customer service. It's quite disappointing. Poor management overall.
This restaurant serves the best burgers among chain eateries. I truly enjoy all their offerings, including the Chicken Club. Although they close a bit early, the drive-thru remains open, which is a plus. The service is great, and the staff, despite being minimum wage workers, are highly professional. It's always a delightful experience that brings me back for more indulgent eating. There's plenty of parking available, and the dining area is spacious as well.
I’m not a local, but I likely wouldn’t come back even if I were. The staff was quite monotone and lacked any warmth. The food was mediocre and quite messy. To make matters worse, you need a quarter to use the bathroom, but I couldn’t get to it because my hands were so dirty from the messy meal. It felt overpriced for the average food served. Overall, nothing exceptional.

Don?t bother showing up past 10pm. Dine-in closes before before 10pm. Drive thru is supposed to be open until 11pm but nobody responds. Its f king funny because I can clearly see cars in the parking lot. Idk if theyre cleaning the last hour or if theyjust bs around that last hour
It is what you would expect from a carls. Place is above average in cleanliness..although after rushes it can get a little messy in the dining room. That staff especially the shift leaders are courteous. Never got bad food from them. Its fast food with no problems
This fast food place is really impressive! While it's not as inexpensive as McDonald's, the flavor is a significant improvement. I should also mention that the fries are absolutely delicious.
If you use EBT don't go here after 6 pm...they do not accept it through the drive thru...bummer

I thoroughly enjoyed the Angus steak burger and I will definitely return!
