I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and ordered the Big Carl. I specifically asked for no lettuce or tomato, and requested mayonnaise instead of Thousand Island dressing. I also requested extra pickles and onions, but the staff member informed me that there would be an additional charge for those. I mentioned that I had never been charged extra for toppings before, but she responded with an attitude, stating she was the manager and that they charge for everything. Then she abruptly asked if I wanted my order or not. I left feeling concerned about their management, especially since my food ended up being incorrect as well.
When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all—no hello or anything—just told the bathroom was out of order, which confused me since I didn’t even ask to use it; I was there to get food. The woman working, who usually works the graveyard shift, had a pink headband. She’s really bad at her job—in fact, the other night she charged my girlfriend twice for the same order. For the price, this place just isn’t worth it. And honestly, having a homeless problem in the area is no excuse to deny customers access to the restroom.
Be sure to ask for a receipt when you visit this location. I stopped by and ordered a Breakfast Burger, but I didn’t receive a receipt. I trusted the cashier to charge me correctly, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. She charged my card $9.14 for a burger that was supposed to cost $4.99. I will not be returning to this Carl's Jr. It’s no wonder it doesn’t seem to attract many customers; the way the staff handles things could lead to its downfall. If you choose to order food here, make sure to request a RECEIPT!
I can hardly believe they finally got my order right! For the last few months, I've faced issues with every drive-thru order I've made. Just last night, the Carl's Jr. I went to completely messed up my order, and I ended up without a drink for my meal. Additionally, I should mention that in the past 24 hours, the Carl's Jr. locations I've visited didn't have any strawberries or lemonade, and there were no spicy sauces available either—this includes two different locations, just to clarify!

I really dislike being misled. This morning, the manager told me they were out of syrup because the shipment hadn’t arrived. It felt dishonest and quite careless. To make matters worse, she was rude and unfriendly. Since I work nearby, I won’t be coming back to this location. It seemed unprofessional. I was the only customer there, which says a lot.
Carl's Jr. is always a reliable choice for a quick drive-thru, and today I decided to dine in after shopping. The place was nice and clean.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the establishment is kept impeccably clean. It's a peaceful spot with a delightful diner ambiance.
The staff are excellent, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is fast. However, prices have risen as they typically do.

The fries at Carl's Jr. are always hot and crispy. The staff here are very friendly. I hope more customers visit this place.
