The burgers and fries at Carl's Jr. are fresh and tasty. They currently have a promotion where all drink sizes are just $1.00 to go. However, the customer service from the employees could use some improvement. They weren't particularly friendly and seemed uninterested in making my experience enjoyable, which makes me hesitant to return. I ordered the $10.00 deal for two, but the drinks provided with the meal were only small water cups. I expected more, especially since upgrades to any drink are available for just $1.00, yet the staff didn't mention this option.

Whenever I visit, I always order the Super Star combo, which is an excellent deal at just $5.99 plus tax. I like to add extra onions, tomatoes, sauces, and cheese to it. I highly recommend this—it’s delicious and cost me under $8!

The Double Beyond Wraptor Burger is amazing! It includes two veggie patties, fried zucchini, tomatoes, Thousand Island sauce, onions, and lettuce, all served without a bun. I will definitely be ordering another combo for $17.85!

I waited 20 minutes for my food, even though I was the only person in the dining area. Customers in the drive-thru were receiving their orders faster. This experience was very disappointing.
