Went in to use a coupon, they didn't input it to the order. And then instead of refunding my account and setting the price right. The old short grey haired woman opened the register and handed me a dollar seventy five... Not what the coupon was oreven close to what it should be. But instead of arguing with her I simply accepted the money and walked out I USED to comehere all the time as a kid and it has gone down hill over the last 15 years. It's too expensive for the product and the factthey got me to come back in with the coupons only to not honor them is a small example of the failure of the store/company as awhole. Lack of respect or honor to the product shows as a whole.

Ordered cheese burger with no mayonnaise no mustard no ketchup. This was repeated 2 times by employee taking order. Burger had ketchup based secret sauce when I took it back employee's ignored me for about 5 min. She then said it did not have ketchup onit when I said whatever the sauce is it has a ketchup base and I can not have it. Manager came out and said I can not talk thatway to her employees. She replaced burger with cold burger. This is 3rd time this has happened at this restaurant. I will notgo back.

Carl's Jr. In pinole Ca. I went in the drive thru today woowwww I'm impressed with the lady miss Lucy she was a wonderful person that gave me our food. I got exactly what I ordered and all the ketchup I requested. She told me to go in the parking up frontand she came right out. I asked her for a picture she was ok with that Lucy you are a wonderful person I thank you for today???? ??

I just ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich the picture shows lettuce tomato pickles and this is what I got I complained about the quality to the window guy and his response is that's what you ordered. I did try to rectify thus discreetly with nosuccess. I'll cross this place off of the list of places to eat . Oh well so here's your review Carl's Jr. On Fitzgerald Reserva una mesa ahora

Be aware, they do not recognize the deals and prices that are on the windows. They will tell you it's an old sign. Same with the actual ordering board, the prices they charge you are more than what it says on the board

Order was completely wrong. Ordered a famous star and plain hamburger for the kids meal. Was given a cheesburger and a Plain Famous star. Was basically a big cheeseburger. Paid $40.

The only decent impossible or about burgers in the city, in my opinion, also the only one I have noticed that they do not use iceberg salad and they use romaine lettuce

Carl's Juniors is Dairy Queen inside large place haven't eaten at Carl's Juniors for twice but it was really clean and I enjoyed Reserva una mesa ahora

the hashbrowns were too crispy cold but other than that everything was good
