Carl's Jr. - Reserva de mesa

I order thorugh UberEats and I order late at night, past midnight. I kid you not that is when everything is fresh. They close at 11:30pm and reopen at 12 or 12:30am. I have never liked pickles because they are always soggy and especially on burgers but I've had pickles in my super star. They were crunchy and really good. It is the only time I will eat the pickle. They get my orders correct and never missing anything. I have even placed my order and I have called them because I forgot to ask for something extra like ketchup and they are very polite over the phone at midnight.

I ordered through UberEats late at night since that's when everything is fresh. The restaurant closes at 11:30 and reopens at 12:30. I've never been a fan of pickles because they tend to be soggy, especially on burgers, but I tried the pickles in my superstar burger and they were crisp and really tasty. It's the only time I’ll enjoy them. They always get my orders right and never miss anything. I even placed a call to add something like ketchup to my order, and they were very polite about it, even at midnight.

I had quite an experience at this restaurant. While I was on my way, my bag tore and some of my food spilled onto the floor. A server came out to assist me, and she not only repacked my food but also provided me with fresh items and placed everything in a new bag, making sure to include an additional plastic bag for extra support. I really appreciated her kindness and assistance. Having worked in this area before, I used to frequent this Carl's Jr., and I must say they were incredibly helpful this morning.

eating was not well cooked, the chicken tenderly ordered with a combo and the middle part or center of all my offers were stiff and hard, it was shocking to realize that they were so understated! come on! it is chicken! heard from salmonella poisoning already? I couldn't finish them because most chickens were stiff and undercooked. a waste of almost 12 dollars, I don't pay for food poisoning, I would hope that the quality of food cooked at least properly? Couldn't eat here . I went to used the restroom Woman bathroom locked up So we had to use the men's restroom it was so disgusting park bathrooms are way cleaner. I just couldn't eat there Me and my friends decided it was too disgusting to eat here. Manager didn't seem to even care. Unbelievable how disgusting. Please make sure you ask Manager to take care of your restroom ..you lost 4 customer today ??????????????????????????????????????????????

Can?t rate 0 stars. Glad I have a fresh lettuce paranoia, or else I?d be in the emergency room right now. You guys are literally going to kill someone serving rotten lettuce on burgers. This location needs an audit. Does no one have a food safety permit? ???

I and my daughter went to this carls r and ask them a toilet room and very common, as the employee said, not used for non-customers. I don't think this restaurant reserved recomend. really bad

I don't know why they always mess up our order if we want to add or remove something from our meal. 8/10 we have to go back to change it. they are kind! but still frustrating.

I've been coming to this carls jr for 10 years and I love this place. I remember when they used to have the salsa bar, that was delicious!!
