This spot is literally up the block from us so we come here often and maaaaan I can say this with confidence, this spot is guaranteed to get your order wrong and burn your bagels. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There's no point of the drive thru, they always make you repeat the order when you get to the front like it's the first time you ordered. I wish we lived near a better Winchells. If you see more than one car, go to Tierra Mia or Starbucks, don't ruin the start of your day here.
Awful service. I waited at the register for a long time, and nobody even acknowledged me. There were three staff members who kept walking back and forth to the kitchen. When another customer came in and stood behind me, they immediately asked him if he needed assistance, despite knowing I had been there first. When he pointed this out, the staff member had the nerve to respond with attitude. I will never come back to this place. It was completely humiliating.
The restaurant is clean and well-kept, which is definitely a plus. They also provide a bathroom for customers. I had the ham, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was delightful. I really appreciate the coffee here, and the food quality is always outstanding. The donuts were exceptionally fresh, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back, and the service was impressively fast.

Honestly donuts are good but when you only have glazed and chocolate to choose from, what else can you taste. Also bagels with cream cheese need cream cheese on it, dried bagel doesn't taste great. Tried 4 times and I'm done, love the drive through but rather get my lazy off the car somewhere else and get fresh and variety donuts and bagels
My mother and I visited the drive-thru at Winchell's yesterday. Unfortunately, my Chilla Cappuccino was only half full. Aside from that, the food was delicious! However, they also forgot to include the sauce that comes with the burritos. This visit was on Friday, January 7, 2022.
I had a disappointing experience today. The food was decent, but the service was quite slow. They should handle orders from both the drive-thru and inside more equally, as it seemed like they were primarily focused on the drive-thru orders.
