I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong and then just walked away without saying anything. It honestly felt like they believe they’re above working here. I won't be returning to any Carl's Jr. The quality has really gone downhill, and I can't rely on them for even a basic, decent meal.
The girl at the counter was incredibly sweet to my daughter and me! Although it wasn't busy inside, she kept herself occupied by tidying up and delivering excellent customer service. We don’t live in California, but I can definitely say that I will make an effort to return to this location before we leave the state, all thanks to the wonderful service! The food was also good—very fresh!
I used the drive-thru, and when I got home—only a mile away—I checked my order and found that it was incorrect. Even though they repeated my order back to me, I received the wrong fries and didn’t get any sauce. It's quite disappointing to pay more than other places and not receive what I ordered. The only redeeming factor was that the food itself was good.
I want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Fabiola for her dedication and hard work at the Carl's Jr. on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights. This Carl's Jr. location offers a pretty good breakfast burger and their chicken strips are a must-have for me. However, I wouldn't recommend going there early in the morning, as the sign may say they're open, but I've experienced multiple occasions where no one was available to serve.
This is the dirtiest Carl's Jr. I have ever visited. The employees seem unmotivated, and when you request something to be made fresh, they don’t comply. Most of the drink options were unavailable, and the overall cleanliness of the place was poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.
