Carmen Restaurant Cartagena

My husband and I ate at Moshi during our recent visit to Cartagena. It easily tied the best food I've ever had in my life (Komi, in Washington D.C., in case you're curious). For about $70 USD per person, we enjoyed a craft cocktail and seven courses of increasing size and gastronomic intensity. This began with seared salmon nigiri and culminated in lobster bibimbap in a foie gras sauce, with other courses along the way. Absolutely off the chain. We ate dishes I will crave until I can get back there myself. Every possible hat is doffed to the artists at Moshi.

Tivemos ótimas experiências em Cartagena, mas, sem dúvidas, este foi o melhor restaurante. A qualidade dos pratos, com produtos muito frescos, de altíssima qualidade e técnica apurada fazem valer cada peso pago. Não é dos mais baratos, porém é absolutamente justo o valor cobrado. A carta de vinhos é proibitiva, mas os coquetéis são igualmente criativos e bem feitos. Serviço atencioso e simpático.

Complex food with an unsucessfull outcome... we love Carmen which is the sister restaurant of moshi, so we went with high expectations, unfortunately the flavors were hard to taste. A mix of asian, caribbean and something else. The attention was very good, they decorate out table since it was an special ocasion, still they should improve the food.

We were very lucky to get the last available table. Definitely nothing ordinary, food as well as drinks gave new sensations to the tastebuds. Excellent service and good value.
