Carolina Brothers Pit Barbeque

I really like this place! They have great meats, they just don't have the best BBQ sauce in my opinion but that's because I'm not a fan of vinegar based sauces. I've gotten the brisket, the pork, and the shredded beef. My favorite is the brisket, then pork, then beef. If you like sweeter meats you'll love the shredded beef. I prefer more savory. You can only get brisket Sund Weds and ribs finish fast! The cornbread is good my bf loves it! I personally have had better. The baked beans are bomb!!! And the Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious!! It doesn't taste oily Writing this review is making me want the food now lol Plenty of seating

Kinda sad I have to leave this kinda review especially Beacuse I live for smaller establishments but was highly disappointed in this spot , their pricing is not bad however the food lacks flavor and quality, the Mac and cheese reminded me a boxed crafts max and cheese, the corn bread had absolutely no flavor if anything it tasted like the plastic it was wrapped in and the apple pie was cold and tasted just like the Walmart brand pies. The pulled pork wasent bad but I had a hard time enjoying it Beacuse the two sauces I was give I guess weren't closed pro and spilled all in the bag and all over my stuff. Def will not be back

During the party, Frank's staff members, Eddie and Connor, were punctual, professional, and accommodating to all requests. They represented Carolina Brothers in an exceptional manner, and the food they provided was absolutely delicious. All of my guests enjoyed it, and I received many compliments. I was so pleased with their contribution that I tipped the staff and wrote a letter to Frank expressing my gratitude for the outstanding food and service. Carolina Brothers BBQ is now my go-to caterer for events, and I highly recommend them for any special occasion.

Brook provided excellent service at this restaurant. The sides, including potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni, were all delicious. The pulled pork sandwich looked appetizing and the BBQ sauce was tasty. It would be nice to see a vegetarian sandwich option on the menu, perhaps something like an Impossible burger or Impossible burger chili. So we ended up heat after seeing there truck at the hooters in Chantilly. Thought okay let's give them a try. Very impressive BBQ. The food was awesome and the price point was pair for the area. They have one sauce which is very good but some may find that limited. This is a quick service style restaurant order at the bar get your food and sit down. Would love too see them add a bar with at least beer but liquor would be great. I really enjoyed my whole meal. And would recommend

The food at this restaurant was incredible, and I was pleasantly surprised that my BBQ beef sandwich with two sides only cost $12! The portion size was generous and we all loved the cozy atmosphere of the rustic wooden chairs and tables. It was a party of 4 and we all agreed that everything seemed to be made in-house. We were especially grateful for the attentive service from the guy at the counter, who checked in on us during our meal.

Things are back to normal after COVID restrictions and the barbecue is as good as ever. This is a must-do stop when riding on the Washington Old Dominion Rail Trail. There are ample bike racks next to the outdoor eating area and a for-pay tire inflator. The pulled pork is excellent. It is tender, moist, flavorful and served on a Martin's Potato roll. The potato salad is outstanding.

outstanding pulled pork. . very moist and full of flavor. I had two sides. potato salad and baked beans. I would recommend both. My wife said the mac n cheese was the best she ever had. before it got too cold out, pit stop for bbq after a bike ride a needed incentive : easy, casual vibe as most bbq places are, with friendly service. food was delish, lots of options for sides and dessert too. scarfed down, then it was back to the trail.
