Carolines Coffee Roasters

There is almost a feel of a health food store as you enter Caroline’s, but don’t let that stop you. A couple of racks containing various coffee making paraphernalia sit opposite a large coffee roaster; no doubt responsible for the wide array of coffee bean options which would seem comprehensive in any coffee shop, let alone one nestled just on the edge of town in Grass Valley. The service we received was absolutely wonderful too. Great coffee, Wi-Fi and a large number of comfy seats.

First iove Grass Valley. Second, I love this coffee shop. Every coffee spot you go to, and they are freshly roasted the beans directly at the entrance you know that you are for a good cup of coffee. This place was not disappointed, the coffee was great and the service was even better. I drink regularly, every time in this Bucolic small town.

Great mood, many people, and just a cool place to hang out! Ordnet Iced Peach Green Tea that was beautiful. My heated ham and cheese croissant was fresh. Just to have a super nice place to hang out and relax. Bonus, it's over the side street from a big bookshop!

The French Roast was excellent as was the spicy chicken breakfast burrito. The barista was very polite and friendly. Will be a regular.

Authentic Coffee Shop in downtown Grass Valley! The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly and the ambience was perfect.
