It is a pity that homemade hairs are so good to taste, but so little respectful of the food principles that we want to swallow less fat and less salt: They are mini sponges with cooking oil, soft, brown that have nothing to do with matchstickries. Seems to be a new trend in the area!? Cooking of meat (Flanschsteak): medium for rare and almost carburized for well made (another guest). Get salad dressing in a small crucible instead of strong mustard: The rectification took place by itself, when half the meat was already consumed, with the excuses of the boss.
It is one of my favorite restaurant in Grenoble. Not the cheapest one (about 40 to 50 Euros per person for a nice dinner) but definitely an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful dinner. Last time I organized a dinner there (we were 11), it is for sure difficult to highlight some preferences as everything we ordered was great. The choice of food is good and the quality is there (presentation, taste, ...).

This is very near to our work place. Good varieties of plate of the day on most days. The Calzon & Salad at 10 euro is quite a bargain.
