Carrabba's Italian Grill

Long post: 5 stars to our server Rachel for being a pro at what she does! Made 5pm reservations for party of 10 to celebrate my birthday on August 5th. Upon arrival, the 2 front doors were open, letting the cold air out and 98 degree heat in. We were escorted to our table in the far end section and immediately noticed the A/C was not cooling the area. In fact, there was a box fan being used to circulate air. Well we knew this wasn't gonna work. Who wants to get dressed up and pay good money to eat in a restaurant with no A/C...ain't no way!! In comes Rachel to the rescue. She explained the A/C had not been working properly for the past week...and I was appalled that they didn't inform us of...

If it wasn't for our waitress, it would be no stars. It was my 21st wedding anniversary, and the wife wanted carrabbas and first off. The AC was broken, and the restaurant was 90 degrees. we should have left, but we stuck it out. Then my wife's pasta showed up, so over boiled it was mush and stuck to the fork like grits do. And my truffle frys tasted and felt like they were made the day before ice cold, So we sent it back and waited and waited..finally our waitress told us someone had picked up her remade order..so they had to make it a third time, and i never received a replacement for my nasty side dish so by this point my food was cold. Long story longer we didn't get to eat together and...

Ty greeted us warmly at the door after our long day at work and promptly seated us, introducing us to Andrew, our server. I can't express enough how outstanding the service was tonight. Ty’s friendly demeanor made a great first impression, and Andrew provided top-notch service throughout our meal! The food was delicious, served hot, and arrived at our table quickly.

The food was incredible, but what truly made the experience worthwhile was our server, Laura. She was incredibly kind and provided us with excellent recommendations. I have a peanut allergy, and the chef even came out to speak with me personally. We'll definitely be returning! Reserva una mesa ahora

My bartender Nikki has been a great bartender and waitress. She makes an amazing Bloody Mary and chocolate martini. She serves me well when I come in. All the server’s are very nice

The food wasn't as great this time around, but the service was excellent. I'm definitely open to returning and trying something different from the menu!
