Carrabba's Italian Grill

My family's experience last night was horrific. The first indicator that we should have just left was when the order was incorrect and we even had to run the server down for straws, which were nonchalantly just thrown on the table. As we sat there waiting for our food we watched as other tables received theirs, finished and received dessert. The server didn't come back, but she was bubbly with everyone around us. When we received our food the meals were misplaced and she didn't even notice the empty glasses on the table. We instead had to ask her for refills. we sat in a standing right in front of the kitchen. it felt like we were set for a production of hell’s kitchen. we could hear that the kitchen staff was yelled and chased all the time we were there. the manager went from table to table and imagined himself with the same rehearsal talk to each guest. it didn't come as real. that was okay. the huh in the suppe was a bit hard, but the suppe was tasteful. the grilled black laces were also a little tough. the potatoes were delicious, and the sawed spinat was good.

I placed an order to go. Drove 17 miles home opened up my pasta weese did not have very much sauce. I called and the manager said yes it's like that sometimes, you could ask for extra sauce. I'm like well what do I do this time.....she proceeded to tell me how to make Alfredo sauce. Seriously??? I bought take home so I didn't have to cook. Not happy at all. Shrimp Weesie

Appetizers were amazing, it was the main course. We were seating very quickly and had amazing service. I got the fettuccine weesie and I genuinely felt sick after. My friend and I sat in the parking lot because we were both having chills and feeling extremely nauseous as well as headaches. It was terrible. Will not be eating here again.

first visit. beautiful restaurant, mobile, alabamas hidden secret. beautiful waitress, beautiful atmosphere, beautiful eating, enjoyed my church family our community. I ordered the grilled salmon, potatoes and brokkoli. was also delicious Italian brot with the meal, really good. am I looking forward to returning for more?

First, just want to disclose that the *service was good, the waitress was attentive and did everything correctly (hence the two stars instead of zero). The food, however, was terrible. It literally tasted like a salt lick. There was so much salt in it our mouths were actually blistering from it. Cannot recommend.

Service was great, we got the chicken marsala, the chicken was super tender and seasoned perfect. This is one of the places my wife and I love to come to. Our server was awesome and took good care of us, thanks for the great food and service, we really appreciate it!

My server tonight was the best part of the experience. She was fairly new to her job but she went above and beyond to deliver excellent service ! Hats off to Laura and best wishes with your law school journey!
