You come in the door and wait to be seated. The hostess will bring you to the table of your choice. While our server provided five star service, the hostess was well below the expectations of an employee that should be greeting and seating guests. We had a party of nine and she told us the wait would be an hour and a half. During that time, we sat in the waiting area and I never observed her convey that tables needed to be put together for our party. I stood up and went outside to get fresh air. When I came back in, I was greeted by a young man who appeared to be one of the persons that bring the food out with the waiters. You can’t go wrong getting pasta from Carrabba’s. I love the sausage and lentil soup along with their signature bread and oil. They can stand to update their menu but although there are better options, I gave this location a”2” because they have a sewer issue in the women’s restroom which makes it smell incredibly awful. Enough so that it made me lose my appetite. I emailed corporate office and they were going to provide me with a voucher but have yet to receive. After visiting the restroom, I literally could not eat my food because the smell had completely turned me off. I do not plan to visit here again until they can find a solution to remedy that awful smell.

Always good food. On my latest visit, Julie went above and beyond without making it a big deal. Dining with my parents can be a challenge as my mother has an aversion to germs beyond the typical. When asked for a to-go cup instead of a regular glass, Julie immediately suggested that she bring plastic cutlery too. Throughout the time there she engaged without being obnoxious and gave us the impression she really cared. Kudos to Julie for making my family feel at home! Reserva una mesa ahora

Night before Thanksgiving and was told a 30-45 min wait (table for 2)….was seated in less than 10 so for that the hostess staff get the 5 stars Waitress was Mercedes………she gets 10 stars all to herself. Knowledgeable, extremely outgoing and kind. No empty glasses, and always making sure we were enjoying ourselves . Chefs get 10 also as the food was prepared to perfection. Definitely recommend Polla Rosa Maria- you won’t be disappointed!!!! Will definitely return

Food was okay. The pasta tasted over cooked and the fettuccine was bland. The specialty lemonades were absolutely delicious. I believe our serve was Allie. She had a blonde pixie cut. She was wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There’s not many places you go and still find that kind of server. We made sure to tip her 25 percent. 4 stars was for the food being a little bland Allie was 5 stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience! From the way we were greeted at the door until we paid our tab not a problem to be had. Our server Charlie was extremely knowledgeable with the menu, and provided a level of service that would be hard to find in many 5 star restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Visiting from Atlanta and I can not say enough about the service that came with smiles and the fast turnaround of drinks and food timing! This has been one the best experiences I have ever had from mid casual ti fine dining! SERIOUSLY! Simply amazing! Reserva una mesa ahora

Just a solid meal from start to finish. All dishes were very good, Service was engaging and quick. Consistently one of the best chains in the area.
