Terrible experience. Reservations were at 7:30, got to the restaurant at 7 and host advised us that there are 10-15 people ahead of us and did not know the wait time. We asked if she would call or text when a table is ready, waited an hour and a half and hadn't heard back, come to find out she forgot that we were waiting and took 8 other people that were scheduled after us. Finally got a table, our server was great, but there was a bigger party that was trying to sit right next to us when there was only room for four other people. Me gusta Carrabba's, la cadena, pero esta ubicación fue una decepción. La comida era excelente, pero esperamos sólo para registrarnos con la anfitriona. Entonces no pudo localizar nuestra reserva o las de las dos partes que teníamos por delante. Nuestro camarero fue muy agradable cuando encontró la manera de ver cómo estábamos. Bottom line we never have to eat. We arrived there 10 minutes before our planned reservation to say that there was a minimum of 45 minutes waiting and that reservations were not really reservations. Never had this experience with an open table reservation. Of course we will not return.
Fetichini Alfredo was wonderful and server was amazing, the one with the shoulder length blackish curly hair and Christmas pens. If someone could leave her name, I’d love to recommend her for Mr. Beast foundation grants!

Our first time to a Carrabas in Virginia, it was very nice. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly and attentive. Our food was fresh and very good. An overall good experience.
Our Eggplant Parmesan was delicious. Wine was an added touch to our dinner. Too stuffed for dessert but the service was top notch. We definitely will be back again.

I warn you, I am not a fan of salty food but I am a huge fan of cheesy and thick pasta.
Went for a birthday celebration and our server was nice enough to make a spectacle from it. Loved the sangria and birthday treat.
