I was in Albi for business and my French hosts took me to Carre Sud to enjoy dinner and watch the Canada/France rugby game. Being the only Canadian in this restaurant during the game was fun. The French were great hosts and particularly happy because they thrashed my Canadian team by 20 points. Anyway, back to the restaurant. We started off with 3 different seafood tapas. They were all very enjoyable. This was followed up by our official appetizers. Mine was a semi local fish (can't remember the name) with some lettuce and a nice salad dressing. For the main, I had the calamari. It was not deep fried like the way you get it in North America. It was very tasty. For dessert, I enjoyed the crem...
I organized a birthday party with 17 people at Carré Sud. The organization, the different exchanges, the atmosphere on site were top notch. The owners and servers are very cheerful and helpful. The meal was also perfect, congratulations to the chef. As a group, with friends, family or as a couple, I advise everyone to go there, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for your kindness.
While randomly looking for a restaurant, I found the Carré Sud in a sports center (paddle), and honestly I wasn't expecting such a beautiful and good restaurant. The service is perfect with a smile and a little touch of humor, and the food is really good and for the eyes it is also a great success. Very nice surprise
misguided a late reservation for a group of people. warm and very professional welcome. an evening during which everyone enjoyed tapas, menus, map. Cooking flavors presentation mastered. Great service! Teenagers, all adults are satisfied!

Restaurant à proximité du stadium en retrait de la route. Très bon moment entre collègues avec des plats copieux et très bons. Un personnel souriant. Petit bémol pour le service avec 1 h d'attente avant d'avoir le 1er plat.
