Do not go by those stock photos. This place should give back the Carvel name. Anytime I have to ask a server to wash her hands...I'm done. She came from outside behind me. Anyhoo I came in for the flying saucers with the crunchies. They were out ofthe butter? crunchies and strawberry ice cream. Really?! The prep and presentation was horrible. Also it didn't have that Carvelstore smell. More like a dirty mop funky smell. The store is dingy and dank like a 1980s storefront weed spot. Ruined thenostalgia for me. I love supporting my community's businesses. Not this one. Yuck. Ate one fs, threw the other two away. Icecream tasted like metal.
Very dirty Carvel location. They should not be in business. Couple who appears to be the owners look and behave as if they are mentally disturbed. It?s a shame to see that members of my community do not have high enough standards to recognize that thisCarvel owes us quality service and products. We have kept them in business for decades in our community. If this place was ina better represented neighborhood, they would have been condemned by health officials and boycotted by the community. We needto hold ourselves to a much better standard. This Carvel needs to be purged from our community. This place is disgusting.
I ordered through UberEats and they took more than an hour to prepare two shakes and a scooped ice-cream. First driver probably got tired of waiting and canceled my order. When the order finally arrived, the pistachio ice-cream tasted like pure artificial flavoring and was a bright neon green color ????! The strawberry shake was overly sweet and could not drink it. The service here is subzero. The server needs a well-adjusted attitude adjustment and should pick a different career. I'd drive to baskin robins, which I'm not a fan of because of the subzero service. I wish I could give 0 stars, but it won't let ne choose that option.

This was the worst service ever from the management to the employees there are all rude and don’t have no good customer service. 0 stars and I highly would not recommend this place. Do not take your children therefore
The restaurant is overpriced without any clear justification. Even though it was empty, they charged $4 for a small portion. I won't be coming back here again.
