The sundae cups, which were the same size as the regular cups, were listed at a higher price than I had ever seen on a buy-one-get-one-free deal. When I questioned the cashier about this discrepancy, they became argumentative since I couldn't recall the name of the person who had quoted me the regular cup price. It felt like the restaurant was trying to take advantage of customers by misleading them with false advertising...

The owner is incredibly caring and deeply committed to the community. He is extremely polite and respectful. When I had an issue with a staff member, he addressed it immediately without firing her—instead, he helped improve her customer service skills. Richard is one of the most humble and understanding people you will ever meet.

I stopped by Carvel to pick up some sundaes and was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Sky. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. With her dynamic attitude, she’s sure to achieve great things in life.
I take my son to this Carvel at least once a week. The employees are very friendly and sweet. The ice cream shop is clean and everyone practices social distancing. Of course the ice cream is always yummy.
The ice cream here is amazing, and the owners are wonderful. I only wish the space was a bit larger since it gets quite crowded due to its popularity. But I suppose that's a positive indication!
It's a cute shop, they have moved it inside so you don't get rained on which is a plus but it becomes crowded at times with a small amount of people
