I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloringand doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and hadeverything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawnright on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !

When I mentioned I wanted black icing, she warned me that it can be difficult to get right because it needs several food colorings and doesn't taste very good. So, we opted for red instead. She really took her time to make sure we were in agreement and had everything just right. I was worried that the printed picture might come out looking tacky or blurry, but it actually turned out amazing!
The owners are super friendly and they make their ice cream to perfection they add just the right amount of toppings and don?t skimp out, a lot of the other Carvel I?ve been to just put the syrup on the side of the cup for Sundae Dashers and this Carvel is the only Carvel I trust to do it right and actually layer the syrup in the cup. Prices are fine for what you get! Definitely always be a regular customer as long as they keep up the good work and friendliness!
Although the buy one, get one free promotion on Wednesdays is tempting, I've noticed that some item prices are actually higher on that day. This feels somewhat misleading, as it seems like there are two separate price lists in play. On Wednesdays, certain items cost over a dollar more! I would suggest checking out Saint James down the street instead; they don’t increase their prices on Wednesdays.

Who doesn't love ice cream?? During last week's heat wave I had a craving for something sweet. Reese's peanut butter cup, chocolate crunchies and soft serve vanilla ice cream hit the spot! Sweet tooth: satisfied.
The woman who frequently works there, who I believe is the owner, is a bit hard to understand but incredibly kind. She's very friendly. The place is always open, and they work very hard. Be sure to leave a tip!
I had trouble communicating my simple order at Carvel, and the staff couldn't understand me. They got my order wrong, which left me disappointed. The menu should be clearer to avoid such issues.
We adore Carvel, but we recommend exercising caution if you have peanut allergies. It's important to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Aside from that, we give it five stars!
