Old Chinese lady ask if my gf and I were together. We said yes, then she just left to the back. She came back to take the order of man who came after us. After like 10 minutes of waiting there the young woman who was working on a big order had to help us. I could be wrong, but I?m guess that the old lady did not like the fact that my gf is black and that I?m Chinese. Perhaps she doesn?t like race mixing? wouldn?t want to taint the blood line. Absolutely ridiculous! I?ll be calling the owner. Firstly, I call and the girl who answers says they?re closed at 8:50 when online it says till 9:30. When I mention online says till 9:30 she says well if you come in I?ll help you (as if she?s doing me the favor for staying open the time she?s suppose to be). Then when I get there I order a medium ice cream and she gives me 1 scoop in the dish. I ordered a second ice cream as a large and she gives again 1 scoop just in a

The owner Cathy is incredibly rude to every customer who walks into her restaurant. She rushes people through like they are cattle, shouting "what do you want?" and "let's go, move." She even said this to an elderly woman who could barely walk. If you order anything other than a small size, you will only receive one scoop no matter what. Every time I visit, all the customers seem to complain about her.

I visited the restaurant for the buy one get one free sundae promotion, but was disappointed to receive only soft ice cream with toppings in a cup. I was not given any sundae syrup as advertised, and felt that I was overcharged for the experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora

My favorite place to get a Peanut Butter Sundae Dasher. They are so generous with the toppings. I mean they pack in the peanut butter cups!!! The owners are super friendly and care about their customers! And the quality of what you get..

We received a free sunshade with our purchase, but instead of what we expected, we were given ice in a cup? We were only offered soft serve ice cream with no syrups available. The service was also disorganized. We will not be returning.

I absolutely adore this place. The staff is incredibly quick and accommodating. I visit this shop at least twice a week. What can I say, I have a passion for ice cream and Carvel is top-notch.
