I guess there’s a new manager now. How are you going to tell me that I can’t get the Buffalo sauce you add to the sandwich on the side if I have been getting it this way for a year now?! I will gladly pay extra for the extra sauce. If a customer wants extra sauce it would honestly be silly for you to refuse to sell it to them. We all have different taste buds, you have it, sell it. I guess it’s not about making the customer happy, even when willing to pay extra. He stood there with his arms crossed as he watched his employee tell me no too. 6:20pm I’m talking to you, girl that helped me out, you were great and just following orders. Thank you!
Went to KFC wanted all crispy chicken they tell me they only had wings and thighs. I said hummm ok well then I’ll take all original then they proceeded to tell me well you have to wait for 10 minutes. Why in the world if you see your meat is low why didn’t you cook more like really your gonna sell it . Because it was early in the evening .. so I just decided to go somewhere else .. It’s great chicken but come on people have chicken already cooked I drove over there to get the 16 piece of chicken but they didn’t take the sale . I took Myself to another business and my money .
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a famous bowl, but it arrived with only five pieces of chicken, which felt far too little. When I inquired about getting more chicken, the manager told me the only option was to purchase popcorn chicken, which costs more than the bowl itself, instead of addressing the issue. This was my first and last visit to this establishment.
Very dissatisfied. I ordered a famous bowl, and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken. I never got so little. I asked if there is any way to get more as it seemed like a little amount, but the manager said that she could only me for a popcorn chicken (which is more expensive then the bowl itself) instead of fixing her mistake. This was my first and last visit to this place

What are you waiting for? I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me 3 *tiny* small, cold chicken tenderers on a bun instead of a real chicken sandwich. And my fries didn't give me either. Couldn't even get a replacement. The worst are KFC I've ever been to.
Lady took my order an once I got my order no mash potatoes over charge an got back to the front an asked for my missing item an charge my for something it suppose to come with the order... not wasting my money in KFC...
