Carvel Ice Cream - Reserva de mesa

The custard is definitely fresh, but there's something about Carvel today that feels different compared to years past. The soft serve seems to be over-whipped and almost dry. It used to have a moist and creamy texture, but now it feels like the cream is over-churned and almost on the brink of separating.

The ice cream had an odd taste, so I think I'll stick with Dairy Queen from now on. The chocolate syrup also had a strange flavor.

I ordered five items from Carvel, but they only sent four and charged me for all five. Not very impressive.
