The restaurant is situated in a side street in the centre of Rennes with a number of other restaurants including another Italian.It mainly serves pizza with a small number of other Italian dishes and a 'salad of the day'. It has a relatively small number of tables and seems popular with locals and visitors alike. We did not make a reservation but it might be a good idea, especially at the weekends.The manager/waiter is very welcoming and eager to please. Service was good. The food is typical Italian fare, well cooked and nicely presented. It won't win awards but is more than acceptable.We would be happy to go again.
.......I am so sorry, I seriously do not like writing a bad report but with Casa Antonio I feel I must. The pizza had a soggy bottom and obviously the oven did not understand the word crisp. It really was awful, don't go! Hamish, Edinburgh.
Very bad experience. The pizzas are small and not very tasty, too much cooked on the border, not enough cooked in the center. It's clear they are not made with fresh ingredients. Staff is VERY unfriendly.
The atmosphere is very warm. The owner is very friendly. He greets us with the handshake and does the same with other customers. He can speak English. The food is good and the price is reasonable.

The owner and the staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming! The place is a little bit too small, the food is tasty although the portion sizes are small for the price that you pay.
Excellent pizza and very friendly service. The owner personally greeted and shook hands with every guest that entered while I was there.
