Casa Bar And Restaurant Brighouse

I went to the restaurant for lunch on Thursday with a group of 17 people. Although I did not choose the restaurant, the person who made the reservation recommended it as they had previously had good experiences. Despite some negative reviews, I was excited for the meal. I have to say, I cannot fault the restaurant in any way. The food was fantastic and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was not very busy since it was a weekday, so I am not sure if the service would be the same on a busy weekend. Absolute shambles of a place . I’ve never seen such I disorganised restaurant in my life . They cared more about the idiots that were drunk at the bar than they did with the people that actually came out for a nice meal . Would definitely not recommend it to anyone. My food for sure came out of the microwave I heard it ping in the back . My partner found a full head of hair in her food and shortly after that we left . The only thing that was nice about it all was the view. Never ever again they should be ashamed of themselves.!

Would not recommend. Seemed understaffed and the service was shocking. We waited half an hour just to be sat down it took too long to even get a drink order and I found hair in my food. Total disgrace and the food had come out of the microwave.

We arrived at Casa as a meeting spot to reunite with a group of twelve friends we hadn't seen in a year. The head waiter, James Engin, went above and beyond to make our gathering special, and succeeded! The food was delicious. Well done, Casa!

The restaurant had fantastic food and exceptional service. They used high-quality ingredients in their dishes. I am looking forward to returning and trying more items from their menu. The staff members were friendly and attentive.
