My mom ordered a chicken fajita plate with double rice, Also chips and salsa. When she opened her plate the chicken fajitas where beyond burnt, she Received beans instead of double rice and the chips were cold. When I called to have them remake it theygave me bad Customer service. When they finally remade it she opened the plate to show me and she stated that?s how they comewith a little bit of char on them. She had a attitude and she was very unprofessional the way that she was talking. My momstated that she will never go back!!
my wife and I often come and love eating here. tonight we visited and we had christina as a waitress. she was so friendly and thoughtful for our needs. I heard how she spoke to another family and was very personal and on earth. She is the best waitress we had here and, as I said, we often visit here. eating was also great as usual! we never had anything here that wasn't delicious!
My husband and I went and had there tortilla soup and a frozen margarita. Both was perfect. The guy we had as our waiter took great care of us. The waiter we had was a tall guy with grey or white hair. He is the best. He deserves a raise. I will go back. Casa De Castillo gets more than 5 stars from me. Keep up the great work Casa De Castillo.
Almost gave up on this place a few years ago, but it's coming back strong. Excellent food, tasty margs, friendly and timely service. Mary Lou has this place running like clockwork. Will be a go-to spot when I'm in town.

Hands down best tex-mex in Waco... Hell, best I've had in a long time!!! Staff is flat out amazing!!!! Get the queso!
