Casa Mattoni - Reservar una mesa

We come to Dusseldorf every year for business and have dined at Casa Mattoni each time but won’t ever again. We had thought ahead made a booking for 4 diners. This is not about the food which was delicious, it’s about appalling unfriendly service....We don’t speak German or any other language other than English. The menu was not offered in English. The waitstaff/front of house was extremely unfriendly unhelpful! We were being rushed felt like we were a nuisance rather than a paying customer! The entire time he was meant to be serving us he was distracted we felt like we were in the way! The restaurant was at almost full capacity yet only only 3 staff on the floor serving both food drinks. No...

this place has delicious Italian cuisine, friendly staff and a great service. I loved all 3 dishes burata pomodorini (mozarella cheese with tomaten as an appetizer),Panzorotti alla ricotta (ravioli with Ricotta cheese) as a main dish and finally tiramisu. the tiramisu was easy. good

I had a terrible experience when I paid the bill at this place, the waiter was very dismaying when I removed the card from the machine. they should learn how to treat the customers. in any case, this place does not deserve to visit.

we found the best Italian in the city. the wine selection was fantastic and also the sommelier knowledge. a really surprising fresh codfish and also fantastic ine
