Casa Ole' - Reserva de mesa

My family and I have been loyal customers at this Deer Park location for over 20 years, visiting at least four times a month. We usually request Josh as our waiter, and he has previously informed us that if his section is full, we would need to wait for a table. However, this evening, we were told there was no seating available in his section. We agreed to wait for a booth. After 20 minutes, another family arrived and informed the greeter that they had a booth reserved with Josh. They were seated without any hesitation from the greeter, who was aware that we were waiting. I want to give a special thanks to manager Erica for her efforts to improve what could have been a disappointing visit to one of my favorite Tex-Mex restaurants. I stopped by during lunch yesterday, and the food was fantastic! I ordered the Fiesta, which featured two beef enchiladas and more! Everything was hot, fresh, and served in a clean environment. I highly recommend trying the charro bean soup that came with my meal. Additionally, my server Mona was wonderful and truly made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I had an excellent time. Thank you, Casa Ole!

It was damn cold!! Young lady at checkput said half of heater worked and other half didn't. Manager seemed unconcerned. We were of course didn't know this till we were leaving. It made food colder than it should have been. Food was good, but cold. Queso was not hot but mildly warm. Some chips were some warm some were cold. Brought half my food home as it was just too cold to eat there any longer. Hope they fix heater soon or at least tell you about problem. Everyone at our table was cold! Disappointed to say the least.

Food is good but the service was horrible. Our Waitress looked high and didn't come to check on us once. No drink or chip refills and others around us were also not getting service. We also had to wait a long time for our food to get out and there weren't that many people there. Our friends who were there also said they had to wait a long time to get any food or service. Great service, smooth Ultimate Margaritas and flexible food preparation. I enjoyed a spinach and fajita chicken quesadilla which was not on the menu but delicious. Strongly recommend both seating for parties of 5 or less. Table seating was a little too close for my comfort.

The restaurant was clean even though it was busy. Our server was attentive made sure we had what we needed. The food is more like Tex-Mex then authentic Mexican but overall it is tasteful and good.

It was the best !! Food really good. The server , wow he was awesome ! So attentive, so kind . Every server anywhere should be like this guy . We will definitely be back . Thanks so much.

I can't fairly rate Casa Ole based on the food since it's not really to my taste. However, everyone else in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Our service was excellent, though! Reserva una mesa ahora

Today was a very nice visit to the Casa! The restroom was clean. Our server was knowledgeable and perceptive of our needs. The food was hot and delicious . Thank you a great lunch.

Food is good but nothing crazy. Every time I come here with family the service is great. I never have any complaints on the food as it’s always hot and very tasty.
