Cascade Brewery - Reserva de mesa

Visiting this brewery was the highlight of my time in Tasmania. After hopping off the Red Double Decker bus, it was just a short 50-meter walk to enjoy some historic tap beer, which made for a perfect day. I quickly fell in love with the rich flavors of the fresh, delicious, and fruity local beers. The sweet potatoes with cream were outstanding and perfect for sharing. The beef burger was incredibly soft, tender, and melted in my mouth, while the potato fries served with it were the best I've had at any pub. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, clearly working well together as a team. I highly recommend this place!

We had the best travel guides on Saturday, May 11, 2022, at 2:15 PM. They were confident, knowledgeable, and made us laugh throughout the tour. We enjoyed drinks outside in the magnificent garden, making for a perfect afternoon. We also had a friendly experience and felt it was well worth the money at the Cascade Bar in the airport.

If you love beer. This is your heaven. The brewery tour took us through the working factory and was rich in information and history. The tasting paddle at the end was reward for the long trek. 18 year old and above for the tour only, unfortunately.

The restaurant features a beautiful building and garden, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is both affordable and delicious! I highly recommend it!
