I wish I had known it was a prix fixe menu for Christmas Eve. It turned out fine, though. Castille always has high-quality food. Even though the waiter told us the chef couldn't change the menu items, he evidently asked and made a few adjustments to suit our tastes and druthers. The short ribs were outstanding, as was the creme brulee. Additionally, the appetizers and salads on the menus were excellent. The restaurant is pricey, but they give you a lot of food for the money, which is worth it for special occasions.
We had an amazing Christmas Experience. Our waiter was amazing and great sense of humor. The turkey Flatbread App tasted great and enjoyed the salad too. The spare rib was tender and flavourful. The Crum Brule was the perfect way to end the dinner and again full of taste. Highly recommend.
We had a drink at the bar on a quiet Friday night. The atmosphere is nice. The drinks are fine, the usual $16 hotel bar Old Fashioned. The crab cake appetizer was awful, somehow they came out seared yet soggy. Gross. If you want a higher end St Pete Beach dining experience go to Spinners.
Calm atmosphere with big bay windows. Water views and outside seating available. Loaded potato soup, shrimp tacos and molten hot chocolate cake were good. Chicken quesadilla was horrible made from frozen chicken) and undercooked. Not a huge selection for lunch.

We had to wait quite awhile to be sat on a Monday evening but other than that, the experience was great. I ordered the charcuterie and it was amazing! Such a large portion that it was a good meal. We sat outside by the water and it was very peaceful.
First at Castile and it was awesome, obviously the views are just amazing but the food and service…outstanding. Our server Seana was so attentive and a professional. I’m definitely coming back and asking for her! 10/10 will be back soon!!
Our favorite dinner during vacation. Crab cakes, grouper and short ribs all excellent. Recommend outdoor seating as great view of the causeway. Our server was kind and friendly.

Food and service was amazing, especially for a restaurant located in a hotel. Photo is of roof top bar in same hotel.
Only four stars in comparison to top category restaurants. Otherwise it would be a 5 star for the area.
