Cauma - Reserva de mesa

Wir waren schon etliche Male in der Ustria Cauma. Im Sommer gibts am Samstagabend jeweils wunderbare Rindfleischspiesse auf dem Grill. Dazu einen feinen Salat vom Buffet und super gut gewürzte Pommes. Immer wieder ein Highlight. Und die Atmosphäre an den Granittischen ist super gemütlich. Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und ihr Team machen einen super Job und umsorgen die Gäste mit einem steten Lächeln. Wir komme ganz bestimmt wieder und wir können dieses kleine Restaurant sehr empfehlen. Auch die Preise sind sehr fair. Es gibt z.B. eine gute Flasche Wein für 35.00 Franken. Das findet man nicht überall;

Small and cozy restaurant in an idyllic village above Ilanz (in the beautiful Surselva region). Very nice and friendly landlady with great service. Outdoor seating area in Ticino style. There is also a log cabin, which is also available for events. Enough parking spaces available. Very popular in summer for the fine gypsy skewers. But also has other fine offers.
