The service at this restaurant is usually great, but tonight was disappointing. The two young ladies were rushing and seemed all over the place, while the young man was trying his best to manage things. Despite being fully staffed, the attitude of the two young ladies made it difficult for the shift to run smoothly. My order was missing the pita bread, which is essential to completing the bowl. Even though I asked for two extra, they were not included in the bag. However, it was not the cashier's fault as he was trying to help each person. I randomly decided to stop at this restaurant and I am really glad that I did. They offer a variety of options to customize your meal, including salads, grains, and pitas. I was initially overwhelmed because I am not used to having so many choices at a fast-food restaurant. Ultimately, I opted for the Lentil Avocado Bowl, which was already pre-made. Although I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture. I was unsure about the combination of avocado in a Greek-themed bowl with falafel and hummus, but all the flavors worked well together. I highly recommend trying this bowl if you are unsure of what to order.
I was skeptical at first about trying a chipotle-style green salad restaurant, but my doubts were quickly put to rest after my first bowl. This place is amazing. The flavors in the food are incredible and it is relatively healthy, especially compared to similar restaurants. I always leave happy when I eat here. I recommend trying the super feta topping, arugula, freshly made and seasoned pita chips, and the tea bar. Everything is delicious and I'm confident you'll love it too!
This was my first visit to this restaurant. I arrived at 1:30 and it was not very crowded, so we were able to get in quickly. I paid $10 and some change for a bowl filled with grains, greens, various vegetables, hummus, and falafel. It was tasty and I plan to return. I enjoy the option of customizing my own bowl.

Cava used to be one of our favourites to order from, but recently every time we order, the portion sizes are either very wrong (barely any rice, missing protein portions) OR the food is very old. This time, the rice was so crusty and clumpy. It looked old as heck. Very disappointed.
Really enjoyed Cava! Delicious Mediterranean flavors, many gluten-free options, beautiful atmosphere, fast service. Generally a little on the expensive side for fast casual eating, but I felt like quite fair price considering the quality of food. Will definitely be back.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the portion size is consistently less than three-quarters of the bowl. Despite knowing this is a common theme, I chose to double my veggies today and was disappointed to find that they were not actually doubled.
Salad can barely be called that! The greens barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Both the salad wrap were drench in dressing. I apos;ve never order from anywhere that doesn apos;t include the dressing on the side when delivery. EXTREMELY disappointing.

Cava is an amazing chain restaurant with delicious and healthy food options, including plenty of vegan choices.
I love their falafel! I had it in Charlotte yesterday and Baltimore today!
