I chose to meet friend from out of town here. It was our first time eating in CAVA. I wasn’t sure I’d like it so we decided to meet for drinks only.Once we arrived, one person said she was hungry and got in line. Then, naturally we followed suit. I got the make your own bowl and it was the best decision ever.This is a very nice place. The service was OK, not much displayed personality. However, the food was great. It taste so clean and free of unhealthy stuff.However, the highlight was the drinks selection. I chose the strawberry citrus mixed with lemonade. This review focuses on criticizing the management and not the employees. It is immediately apparent upon entering the restaurant how poorly managed it is. During busy rushes, the staff is not adequately prepared to handle the service, resulting in exceptionally long wait times. The employee working the register clearly requires more assistance. It is unfortunate to write this review because the delicious food is overshadowed by the poor service. My heart goes out to the employees who clearly need better support and management. My family and I were frequent customers at this location. The customer service is very poor, and the food has gotten worst over time. The rice was undercooked and the chicken was cold. They are always out of braised lamb. The fountain drink station is dirty and and everything is sticky. The workers wear gloves, but they touch utensils, cups and credit cards/cash without changing gloves. This has to be a violation of health and sanitation. No accountability. Chipotle is a better option.One star isn't granted for the location. Will never patronize Cava in the future. The service at this restaurant is usually great, but tonight was disappointing. The two young ladies were rushing and seemed all over the place, while the young man was trying his best to manage things. Despite being fully staffed, the attitude of the two young ladies made it difficult for the shift to run smoothly. My order was missing the pita bread, which is essential to completing the bowl. Even though I asked for two extra, they were not included in the bag. However, it was not the cashier's fault as he was trying to help each person. Your job is to feed hungry customers not to argue about toppings. Do your job. I WILL PAY EXTRA. Understand? I WILL PAY EXTRA. CAVA would be so much better if I didn't need to have a 10 minute discussion about toppings. I WILL PAY EXTRA. Why don't you just eliminate the redundant staff and let me order from a kiosk? I WILL PAY EXTRA to have the food made the way I want it. This sandwich line business model is over 20 years out of date. Replace these people with an order kiosk. I also don't care how cute your staff looks. I want my food made correctly.Also, it wouldn't hurt to clean the dining room once in a while.
I love cava and visited this location after a long 7-hour drive. My fiancé and I arrived very hungry and tired. Jayden and the rest of the team provided exceptional service. They value their team, communicate well, and were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as usual. This is our favorite cava location because the staff have great attitudes, work well together, and prioritize customer satisfaction. We will definitely return. My fiancé is vegan and this is one of the best food chains for her dietary restrictions. There are many options that all taste great.
Stopped in for lunch and the food was great and fresh. Service was good. Reason for the 1 star review is while eating, I happened to notice the no guns allowed sign hidden on the bottom window behind a bush. Any place that doesn 't allow legally armed citizens to carry, are a no go. I know they won 't miss my money and I 'm perfectly content with that. I will patronize establishments that believe in the right to self defense.
Cava used to be one of our favourites to order from, but recently every time we order, the portion sizes are either very wrong (barely any rice, missing protein portions) OR the food is very old. This time, the rice was so crusty and clumpy. It looked old as heck. Very disappointed.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the portion size is consistently less than three-quarters of the bowl. Despite knowing this is a common theme, I chose to double my veggies today and was disappointed to find that they were not actually doubled.
Salad can barely be called that! The greens barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Both the salad wrap were drench in dressing. I apos;ve never order from anywhere that doesn apos;t include the dressing on the side when delivery. EXTREMELY disappointing.
