my wife and I have booked a wine tasting through the local tourism office in the frame of the anzere liberty summer activity pass initiative. dominique was a nice host and encouraged us to taste many of his local wines. his weinberg is located in signese on the south facing the pist of the Rhone valley directly under anzere and directly towards the bisse de claveau. his cave is in the village and he leads le carnotzet to present his weine. we drink fendantly often in the Swiss and wanted to taste some other local wines. we have tried johannisberg and chardonnay from the white, pinot noir, merlot and diolinoir (which was excellent) from the red and dole blanche, a beautiful dry rosen wine. do...

His vineyard is in Signese on the south facing slopes of the Rhone Valley just beneath Anzere and just off the Bisse de Claveau. this bar is so friendly, we went once and returned the next two nights! they are only open from Thursday to Saturday. the wine is served in the region of the man made and he and his wife also lead the bar. The...wine was fantastic, and we took a few crates to the house! there is a great atmosphere here, the perfect place for a glass wee before dinner, and really good value too!
Super cadre typique pour déguster des vins juste excellents à tout point de vue. Les propriétaires travaillent ici en famille et ça se ressent directement sur la qualité des vins et l'accueil, très chaleureux et convivial.
