Lunch from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an exceptional menu as much to the eye as to the taste. All accompanied by carefully chosen wines. L’Enclos is a safe bet. Small downside, the staff, although very friendly, do not wear uniform clothing and identify with the establishment.

An excellent address in the heart of the old town of Sion. Quality and perfectly balanced food. The welcome is really there and it's a great pleasure. When we leave we say to ourselves: “but we have to come back more often”. Looking forward to our next visit.
