We were very often in this hotel. We are club card owners and visit the Europapark several times a year. We were also in the other hotels, but Santa Isabel tells us the most! In our opinion, there are fewer families with children and it is quieter. The hotel itself is really nice in food style. So far we had only booked standard rooms. For us it was not possible to spend as much more money for a suite as we only sleep; the bathroom is great, shower super, WC separately with lockable door! Cots are built in the closet-style wall.
