We were so hungry, arriving in Kaysersberg, that we picked Caveau du Schlossberg almost at random, thinking it must be good given the number of people seated at the outdoor tables. Having secured one of the last lunch tables available outside, we perused the menu (only in French and German), and were assisted by very welcoming and helpful staff in my poor French and their poor English. We picked on a superb linguine with langoustines and prawns, and a delectable veal wrapped in cheese, and were very impressed with the quality, freshness, preparation and presentation.
