Updated review: The bagels themselves are quite good, though the amount of cream cheese served is incredibly lacking, and other aspects often fall short as well. Unfortunately, the customer service has taken a turn for the worse. At one time, everything seemed to improve, possibly due to new management, but they've now reverted to their old ways. One tall woman was just staring blankly instead of assisting customers, while an older lady needed help from four people just to gather a few bagels. Employees of this store are really good at saving owner'money.They seem to well trained to save disposable gloves. They use the same gloves receiving money from customers and giving bagles to customers at the same time. So disgusting!!!. They wear it to protect their own hands i guess

It's an average spot for grabbing a quick bite to go. However, the bagel I received was incredibly hard, and the person preparing it didn't seem to prioritize hygiene, as they handled both money and the bagel without washing their hands. Not great.
If your looking for the famous fluffy, perfectly topped and hot NY/NJ bagels, this is the right place. I have been going here for 10 years and the bagels are always super doughy and warm if you arrive prior to noon.
I consistently receive poorly made bagels here. They're more like mini bagels in size and their shape is quite unappealing. There's definitely room for improvement in their preparation skills.
