One of the worst hospitality experience in Australia on 18 September 2021. Ordered 2 cuppas and was waiting for my son to arrive so I can pay together. When I was about to pay, the staff (a girl) in brown jumper went on screaming “on the top, on the top, on the top”. I could not get an idea of why was she behaving like that? If she had a bad day then I guess I am not the one whom she can vent. Made me wonder, what a great hospitable place to be. Change your occupation mate if you think serving coffee is your only job, you need to learn some manners too. Totally worst experience ever.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, even during busy times. The owner should consider hiring more people, as the current team really works hard. I had the Big Breakfast, which was the best value meal I've found in Tasmania—it tasted fantastic and was half the price of most other places. The coffee was good as well. Overall, this restaurant offers great value for the quality of food and service. I will definitely be coming back!
Fish was under cooked so I told them nicely and explained that I wasn't complaining, just letting them know and all staff stood around staring at me whilst talking to one another in another language. I felt very uncomfortable as it was obvious by the look on their faces they weren't saying nice things about me.
Their coffee was good. Food okay not much variation for vegetarians! However they have many ready-to-go meal option for meat eaters. Cafe was busy and not very well maintained. Staff weren't very welcoming. My friend had a ham roll, she liked it price reasonable.

How can they sell foods that are over cooked .chips and potato cakes burnt n dry ham salad roll well the ham was brown .so yes I did enquire why the ham was brown and could I get another
The restaurant offers a beautiful selection of dishes, though the prices are on the higher side. Unfortunately, the coffee did not meet expectations and was below average.

I only had one coffee, which was hot and strong. The food was just okay.
