We recently enjoyed another delicious meal at the St Albert location. Our server, Courtney, provided excellent service with just the right amount of attention. She was knowledgeable about the menu, including her own specials. The steak and potato bites, brussels sprouts, and maple chicken wings were all very tasty. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The bathrooms were clean and tables were promptly cleared after guests left. Overall, we were impressed and left wondering why we don't dine here more often. Thank you!
Went at 1 pm was nearly dead. Waitress was polite and helpful but not attentive even though she had very few tables. Weather was 26 degress and she had to be asked for a drink coaster for iced drinks so that we did not get our shirts wet. Not thinking. When the appetizers were done, waitress had the good sense to bring new cutlery that pretty much got her the tip. Food was great.
All staff, including the Mngr, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Courtney, was above reproach. She was charming, both knowledgeable and helpful of the menu, and most certainly added to the pleasantry of the evening. Her service, and that of the whole establishment, was second to none.
