Been twice to this place first time was already service very bad and feel like employers do not like each other or had a fight but the place looks nice and is central. Took pretty long to pay. Normally do not write restaurant reviews but what happened today was very rude. We came there with our stroller our son was sleeping we wanted to have lunch but we have been basically sent away because was not allowed to have a stroller next to our table while was enough space and empty inside they wanted us to put him in a chair. the restaurant is located in the center and at lunch time there are too many people looking for a table. This situation causes a lot of stress for those who are already sitting and taking their food. the waiter came 2 times to ask us if we finished the pizza while the.plate only the empty half. was blind!? also took a lot to take note and did not respect the order of arrival as they attended customers who sat later. or poorly organized or lack of personal.
As the name suggest the place is in the middle of the town, on the pedestrian alley. The food is a good change of rhythm after the numerous gasthoff all around. The food was decent, but nothing spectacular and quite expensive for what it offered. The service was really good. All in all a food experience but is far from other Italian place we've eaten. Centrally located, the place is always buzzing. Staff were very friendly for lunch, but not for dinner. It was actually quite busy for dinner, maybe that's why. It has a nice outside setting, and the food is outstanding! Really good pizzas, soups, and meat. That's what we ordered. I'm sure everything else is really good too.
