3 years ago I wrote a review (see below) about this place and I had given it 5 stars. Today I walked in and wanted the antipasto salad. First the man working there told me it was to the left of the register in the fridge (looking at the register). None there. Then he said it was to the right in the case. It was there and the lady there grabbed it. I asked if it still had the marinated mushrooms and she said no not for a long time now. I changed my mind and said I would get a sub. When I said that the man working there said It 's the same exact salad. Um, no it 's not! I know what I used to order, eat, and the lady even said it used to have it. Do not miss out on this Italian restaurant, deli and bakery! I could not choose everything that was my favorite in one visit, so I went back again the next day! I grew up near the Italian Market in Philadelphia, and Cesarina's had so much of the Italian foods I loved growing up. Small authentic Italian foodery! Made, cooked and baked right there on-site. Breaded Eggplant, Tortellini salad, home made Lasagne , Stuffed Shells, Eggplant Calzone served with fresh homemade sauce! Pignolis, Cheese Cannoli, Fig biscuit cookies, cheesecake, Pistacio Ricotta pie, wide selection of Olives, real Locatelli cheese, the best Antipasto and Greek salads. If you are Italian or just love good Italian quality...
I got an Italian sub all it had was ham and salami. It did have lettuce tomato onions and oil and vinegar. But I have never an Italian sub even at a chain restaurant that didn't have at least three meats on it including a spicy capacollo which I believe is standard. The bread was very tough and so far. I would not recommend the sandwich however my mother has had the Italian beef and says It's amazing.
Small local authentic Italian restaurant. I grew up here in Florida, but moved away. Every year I come back and bring my spouse here! Even though they seem to be under new management 10/10 would still recommend. We had connoli, tiramisu, cheese cake, calizone and Greek salad. Definitely all homemade, the bread was tender and springy. Still the best Italian food around!

I met Tiffany one of the owners and I must say I'm highly impress at the selection of different foods and desserts and also staff was very polite and respectful I will be back for more Indeed
Hidden gem in my opinion! Fresh sausages were incredible along with their homemade pasta salad. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to continue trying more.
Got an Italian small but big enough to call large. Fresh bread and fresh ingredients. Definitely my go to for a sub.
I have ordered our staff lunch from this great little deli. The food is fantastic. mmm che Buono!
