really bad customer service. they wait 20min on the theke and they spend the time to move and go to the toilet instead of taking their order. then they do not apologize, but make it as if it is their fault, not long enough wait coz they work “so hard”. when the type took the order, he did not know his own menu and refused to explain what was just said: “Go read the menu, I don’t know”. or he lied that he didn't know, but just wanted to be extra rude to continue the trait. lachspack was the best, wished it had more of the tandoori taste though. veggie wrap has the masala dosa filling spiced kartoffel maische, which was cool, the lamm wrap was ok, had some funny fake curry sauce about everything. we also ordered chicken boti wrap, but instead he decided to give us lamb wrap. how the Tandoori grill could be their good things. but customer service is regrettable. super rude register type, which continues to be fun of us in his speech with the cook who laughed about us.

I like this place and usually order via doordash. This time I came in person to check it out and I brought a friend. Everything tasted fine but there was a mixup with my order. The fellow behind the counter was not understanding that he got my order incorrect. Essentially, I wanted to order a dinner which included my fav butter chicken. But he actually made me pay for my nan, my rice, and entree separately which meant I payed way over the dinner price. Funny thing is that all the employees got involved and the manager in the kitchen agreed with me but they STILL made me pay the individual price for everything! You would think that they would just handle the matter correctly and move on...but they didnt and I was really surprised and mostly disappointed.

the place is situated on a beautiful location. the personal I met was not welcome at all. we ordered some appetizers such as sew armi, tikki chat masala and correct foods such as disc wiper tikka masala with garlauch naan. the chat elements were completely out of the world as I tried quite a few places, but this place has excellent chat elements. I took out 2 stars, because eating like the carpenter had no taste at all, and we also ordered tee, the complete drop. when we asked for few records, the server asked us to come and take theke. To be honest, I don't mind taking that stuff, but I don't think I was happy with the personal service there. next time I have to go there, I'll just try chat elements.

Very slow serving food. I ordered online twice and both times my order was not found and had to wait 55 mins for food to be made. Staff look unhappy, grumpy faces and quiet rude if u ask me. Food is good but the service sucks. Place needs a little TLC too.

We drove almost 3 hours and finally found a place with Indian food and wanted chai tea, these people said we don't have tea. Really? My mom asked can you please make some and they said NO. Why not if it's on the menu?
