Fabien and Aurelie are wonderful ambassadors for Chablis, but also beyond (the Cote Roties and Chapaz CH Pinots from his cave have never disappointed). I love the construct of mixed plates which complement, rather than overwhelm, the excellent wine list. The ambience and hospitality are second to none. Truly excellent.
